In that role, Dr. Feigenbaum will be responsible for the overall leadership and direction of the physical and mental well-being of University of Miami student-athletes. He will coordinate strength and conditioning, athletic training, nutrition, physical therapy and sports psychology to ensure that every student-athlete receives the highest quality of care. “I am honored to serve two departments that embody excellence,” said Dr. Feigenbaum. “Facilitating a comprehensive wellness medical model to our student-athletes that spans across various specialties is an absolute win for the university. In my leadership role, I will strive to bring cutting-edge practices to our student-athletes, support our dedicated health care professionals and coaches, and promote inter-professional collaborations.”

Dr. Feigenbaum currently serves as Athletics’ Director of Rehabilitation. He is a board-certified sports clinical specialist through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties, a certified and licensed athletic trainer through the National Athletic Trainers Association, and a certified strength and conditioning coach.
